It appears this conflict will only end with the destruction of the other. They have been fighting battles amongst themselves for centuries. Killing loved ones only further the anger. A well known occurrence.
If the world were serious about ending this and all wars. It may be possible. My feeling is the horror has not reached the point to make everyone agree to work together. The sacrifices needed from those countries now benefiting will still be hard for them. Causing ony half measures and window dressing actions.
