Try to remember. Do you recall me saying that I'm OK with Wilson firing if Brown takes a step toward him? What I'm not OK with is Wilson firing at Browns back as he's running away. Just that. That's an attempted murder, if it occurred, and I think there should be a trial so a jury can decide if it did or not.
And stop thinking in terms of arguments 'succeeding' or 'failing.' Stop being so adversarial. What's the need?
