The two cases are not really comparable (and I was quite critical of Hillary at the time). Her transgressions did not implicate the espionage act or obstruction. Also, she fully cooperated (there was no need for a search warrant) and she didn't lie to investigators. And lastly, Jim Comey was not appointed by Hillary whereas Chris Wray was appointed by Trump.
The bottom line - Each and every criminal investigation stands or falls on its own merits, not the merits of an unrelated investigation six years ago. Hillary's case was about mishandling classified info. Trump's is for illegal removal, willful retention, and obstruction.
