For context, this is one newsletter from one chapter of a growing and very decentralized organization. You're using the relatively benign act (to the extent that the person who added that quote to the newsletter didn't know where it came from) of one or a few folks in one local chapter to paint and entire group.

Lying and intellectually dishonest in one post. I'm sure you're quite proud.

I guess I cannot believe my own lying eyes.

Also, with regard to them deleting it, they waited several days after first leaving the quote on the newsletter and simply adding context.
