If you've noticed...it's mostly when I'm speaking to you, Zeke. Y'know...when I'm thinking about this...Lieutenants, of either grade, in the Marine Corps were right there with their enlisted personnel in the firefights, on marches, on runs and everywhere else. If they couldn't keep up they were useless. Maybe cop lieutenants are...special.
