Legislating from the bench is really not a win for anyone. If it wasn't for the latino vote 8 would have never passed in the first place.

Supporting the BOR (specifically the 1st and 4th Amdmts re reciprocity) is definitely not legislating from the bench, and treating the BOR as a buffet is not a Constitutionally justifiable demographic option. That is what they are saying concerning the Rights of all citizens in good standing.
