Cannot Impeach? Sue Obama?
Boehner plans to file suit against Obama over alleged abuse of executive power
I have no idea where this is going or if it is even possible. I thought the POTUS is immune from certain lawsuits and can only be impeached. Or is this an act of desperation due to OSD. http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2014...ecutive-power/

It'll fall flat on its ass. Just a way of the establishment to appease the 'Baggers after kicking their asses in the recent primaries.

No, first he has to prove he has standing to sue that defendant in that court for that reason. This won't make it out the gate. The Constitution provides the impeachment remedy and no other, and suits like this are routinely dismissed.
