Yeah, I know "trace amounts" of pot always made me attack cop wannabes.

To be honest, I don't know how Martin having trace amounts of thc in his system made George stalk him.

Was a similar test done on George or only on the victim?

I posted a link to the national organization for neighborhood watch with their rules about a million posts ago in this thread.

The rules state that members are not allowed to carry weapons and are instructed to only contact law enforcement and to not confront anyone.
