Facts not in dispute. Zippy was armed Trevon was not. Zippy followed Trevon for a while. Was told not to by an official on the phone. Told they would handle it. Continued to follow or chase Trevon.

Now there is only one person who can tell the tale further. Because the other one is dead.

For me after being told to stand down stand your ground went out the window. No where does zippy say he was leaving the scene when Trevon attacked him right?


So the argument for justifiable stand your ground now includes causing a fight when armed with an unarmed person is OK? Because being armed does give a sense of power over the unarmed.
