Only Zimmerman and Martin would know what exactly happened. Unfortunately Martin is dead and Zimmerman has declined to take the witness stand. Fact remains that Zimmerman should not have pursued Martin with a loaded concealed weapon regardless of the circumstances since law enforcement asked him not to nor did he have a right to do so.

So now it's up to the media driven court to decide the outcome and I am still betting that Zimmerman will walk on a reduced charge. Just a hunch from the legal proceedings since it has not been proven that Zimmerman did not fire his gun in self defense. If this is a civil case, Zimmerman will lose by a mile since he did pursue an unarmed kid with a concealed loaded gun.
