Waiting for someone to come along after being sufficiently briefed by Reich-wing media that the guy was some lone wolf nut job rather than some raving, radicalized racist with military inspired, high powered, easily obtainable weaponry. Someone who decided that the people he killed were unworthy to exist and he was justified in killing them.
