I suggest that the next time a 14 year old girl comes running at you, you're completely within your rights to shoot her in the top of the head. You should be fine.
Reckon if you or I did that what would actually happen to us. Reckon if one of us ran up against a guy on the street who was behaving in a way as to aggravate the shit out of us...and we took him down and choked the life outta him. Reckon we'd walk away from it with the same lack of consequence as Danny Pantaleo.
