And whatever an officer plans, is right?

Finn, if the 'point = intention to shoot' saying rules, then I guess 'surrendering at gunpoint' is not permitted under the modern code?

The Geneva Conventions say you're supposed to accept surrenders, but I guess than only applies to foreign enemies?
