I wasn't actually referring to your statement, but to calls earlier from players for swift and decisive action by the Commissioner. I am still left with the cynical perception that this was less about justice than about the League's bottom line. It is bad business to be blatantly racist, but when more subtle forms of racism are profitable they are just business as usual. Bundy didn't know how to use the code words, and Sterling probably thought that he was in a situation where they weren't necessary, but veiled references to race are par for the course in politics and business.
