Yes and it is 99 & 44/100ths pure unaduletrated bull shit. Scalia, if he had any knowledge of the law, should know that it is our law that can make deportation a long drawn ou process. Plus ICE has limited resources so Obama is using what he has to rid us of the criminal element such as MS 13.
I trust that everyone knows that the only reason Scalia is on the bench is that when his name was proposed Saint Ronnie approved because he thought we needed more minority representation on SCOTUS. It certainly was not because of his great knowledge of the Constitution. If it was not for the abilities of his clerks he would more often sound like the blithering idiot he is.

Bush is the guy who purposely ignored immigration law.
Good grief, this subject is yet another political win for the GOP who have made it as if Obie does not enforce immigration laws when in reality he is the guy who has stepped up enforcement that Bush ignored.
Our political system is a near failure IMHO.

I wonder if whoever is chairing the justice committee will recommend impeachment?

Sorry to reiterate but the outcry against Obama has become so vitiolic that there is no longer any doubt in my mind that it is purely racist. If you disagree I was about to suggest you kiss my nether regions but I would need to get a rabies shot first.

He has roughly the same academic pedigree as Obama. I actually prefer his writing style in his dissents; however, I grant that they can be somewhat "embellished." HIs writing style and questioning style have both been constant over the last thirty years. Thus, his input in his opinions is certainly constant whereas his clerks have changed over time. It is no secret that he supports a close reading of The Constitution, however, that is not a reason to disparage his legal schloarship IMHO.

Sadly even a few posts here seem to harbor deep resentment against Obama because he is black.
I guess if I were brought up believing the black race was inferior, was not very secure in my own skin and saw a black man at the top of the ladder I'd feel the same.
