He sounds more like a politician than a SCOTUS judge.

I don't have an easy answer to our immigration problem, however, I do think that current law ought be enforced regardless of the political wishes of Obama. Prosecutorial discretion seems like an excuse to abrogate current federal law. If a president can pick and choose what laws to enforce, then why even have that pesky legislature and the separation of powers. BTW, I don't recall Obama putting forth comprehensive immigration reform at the beginning of his term.

Are we planning to do more "Legislating from the bench"?
