Wow! Some "judge"! Not a cotton pickin' thing about the legality or constitutionality of 1070 just a blatant political assault on the administration. Scalia is a disgrace!

The act was re-introduced in both chambers of Congress on Thursday, March 26, 2009, during the 111th Congress.
