He doesn't have a vest around his fat neck. So because he's done 20 years he gets to be a fat-ass and nobody can depend on him for anything but telling other cops who take care of themselves what to do next? (That and maybe occasionally beating the spit out of a perp in the interview room.) And if that's the case, WTF does he need a vest for?

Bullshit. You want to be in uniform on the job, you're in shape to do all parts of the job. Just my luck I'm mugged and the perps get away because the only guy nearby is this tub of guts in his cozy command center.

Every time you speak, you merely show ignorance and anger.

If you've noticed...it's mostly when I'm speaking to you, Zeke. Y'know...when I'm thinking about this...Lieutenants, of either grade, in the Marine Corps were right there with their enlisted personnel in the firefights, on marches, on runs and everywhere else. If they couldn't keep up they were useless. Maybe cop lieutenants are...special.

Marine Lt's are often know nothing shavetails fresh out of ROTC acting as 1st time frontline field commanders.

LEO's who make it to Lt. are very experienced shift commanders who have multiple officers beneath them across the city.

You know nothing of police leadership structure. What you espouse is ongoing idiocy.

Basically, you continue to be WELL out of your element and intellectually embarrassing.

I've known plenty of coppers. I've known several who were in the Marine Corps and became coppers after their discharge. After a few years...not one of the cops was in the shape of a typical Marine 2nd Lt. And not one of them could lay down accurate fire like any typical Marine 2nd Lt. And the cop/Marines would tell you the same thing.

But I'm curious, Zeke. What branch were you in? You got any personal experience with the training or conditioning of field Marines? I kinda fucking doubt it.

But you go ahead on spewing your moronic "expertise".
