Same here, I can leave right now, head to Cleveland, and come home with a trunk full of god knows what before this evening. No paperwork, no serial numbers.

And if there's so many guns in the hood, why do these shootings happen out in rich white land?

Every one of which was likely purchased legally at some point. School shootings are just the price you pay for a country full of guns. We had our share of them up here also.

Cops, (Not security guards, but armed city cops.), metal detectors and surveillance cameras in the schools. That's what we have here.

In this area, they've decided it's much more fun to shoot up colleges (VT) and shopping centers.

I don't know why. Lax security maybe?

Or maybe us white folk are just more emotionally and psychologically unstable?
