GOP Quietly Backs Off Attacking Bud Light—Its Own Major Donor
‘TASTES LIKE WATER’
The NRCC put out and then swiftly deleted a direct attack on Bud Light, whose parent company donated nearly $500,000 to its candidates in the most recent campaign cycle.

Nope, it's the MAGA base. Repub politicians and propaganda purveyors merely cater to the MAGA mob.
MAGA operatives enriching themselves colluding with the extreme right wing media. Even Faux had to tack further right because of Newsmax & OANN.

George Takei @GeorgeTakei · 11h

The GOP has yet to realize that running on an anti-abortion, pro-gun, anti-vaccine, pro book ban, anti-trans, pro-Russia platform isn’t going to win over new voters. It’s going to bring ruin upon their party.

And they will have deserved it.

Voters aren't your first concern when you intend to rig elections and control the results.

"The political donor behind Ron DeSantis's rapid rise to prominence took his own life after he was accused of having an inappropriate relationship with an underaged teen, a DailyMail.com investigation has revealed.

Kent Stermon's suicide in December came shortly after the girl's father turned down a 'five-figure sum' in a hush-money deal and reported him to the police instead, we have learned.

The prominent DeSantis ally and GOP donor, who was based in Jacksonville, Florida, was accused of having an inappropriate relationship with the girl, for whom he obtained highly sought-after Taylor Swift concert tickets which he said he'd give her if she sent him a photo of her breasts.

After the girl reluctantly complied, Stermon insisted she collect the tickets at his office – but when she turned up he refused to let her leave until she 'showed him the real thing,' law enforcement sources say."

Which party are the groomers, again?

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) — A member of GOP leadership in the Tennessee House of Representatives was recently found guilty of sexually harassing at least one legislative intern, likely two, by an ethics subcommittee acting in secret, NewsChannel 5 Investigates has learned.

Rep. Scotty Campbell, who serves as vice chair of the House Republican Caucus and who recently voted to expel three Democrats who engaged in a gun violence protest on the House floor, suffered no consequences as a result of his actions.

Despite accusations of sometimes extremely vulgar comments and other inappropriate advances, Republicans did not remove the 39-year-old East Tennessee lawmaker from his leadership position nor from his committee assignments.

But taxpayers have paid for his actions.

In a way, this is a good thing. When Trump's further felony indictments, trials and convictions start coming and Trump becomes more unelectable than he is already, they'll be discouraged and not show up at the polls.

Because TFG can't help himself, between now and then he will have so disparaged any and all comers that the MAGA won't want to vote for any other candidate.

For sure. If he can't win the Republican nomination (regardless of reason, including crime & punishment), he'll burn the GOP to the ground. It'll be a sight to behold.
