Could someone please remind Mr. Goldman that authoritarian tactics such as being accused and convicted without a trial take place only in leftist authoritarian regimes he admires, like Russia, China, North Korea or Cuba.
His second point: Chicklet, have you seen any pics of the documents that were found in the closet at the Penn Biden Center? Or maybe the boxes next to the Corvette in the Garage? I haven't. I don't think Goldman has either. Sure, they weren't recovered following the execution of a search warrant. But right now we're taking Biden's word that he's cooperating and turning everything over. Biden and the truth have been estranged for decades, so photographic evidence of his cooperation would go a long way, don't you think?
His third point: it would seem to me that the folks who need to "brush up" some things are:
- Goldman: his grasp of the legal process and constitutional protections are lacking.
- the FBI: The FBI leadership has been lowering the bar for a while now in a number of areas. Applications for search warrants should be backed by sufficient evidence for showing cause, and not backed by discredit "dossiers". Employees who are deemed to have committed sexual harassment in the workplace should not be
allowed to skate before facing disciplinary measures for their actions. They probably should not have been
slow-walking or impeding their own investigations, including circulating disinformation that suggested that claims about the evidence they had in their possession were "Russian disinformation" when they knew otherwise.
- You - for lending credence to Goldman's smarmy post.
