Actually, it seemed correct for about a decade (the entire 1990's).

Your END OF HISTORY lasted about a decade? Actually, the entire 90's is a decade, not about. Then again, you're being theoretical.

Politcal theories are not real, but real politicians do use the ideas in them to their own ends. The selling of OEF and OIF to the American people for instance.

They align very closely with those of the Cheeto Benito.

So what is Trump’s position on the threat to Ukraine?

Not according to the WaPo:

"What’s Trump’s position on the increased aggression that Russia is demonstrating toward Ukraine? And, more important, if Russia were to invade, how would Trump react?

No statements centered on Ukraine have been published on his PAC’s website. Or, rather, none about the current tension. There are a number of statements in which Trump fumes about Democrats, mentioning Ukraine as a way of complaining that he was unfairly impeached for his efforts to get that country’s president, Volodymyr Zelensky, to aid Trump’s reelection bid.

At his rally in Arizona over the weekend, Trump mentioned the issue only cursorily — and solely to attack Biden." https://www.washingtonpost.com/polit...reat-question/

Curious of what? Checking for what? To see what's in the steaming load of BS he shovels to his viewers daily? That's what I tune in for when I tune in. Which only lasts two or three minutes max until my bullshit detector begins ringing so loudly that I have to switch channels. That which by the way goes for any of the Faux News propagandists. Paid liars all.

Trump's bromance with Putin is abundantly clear with the Helsinki press conference demonstrating it most clearly. Moreover, Trump attempted to illegally withhold Congressionally-approved military aid to Ukraine.
