Actually, one of the core principles of my nation, the USA, is property rights. It's why you are allowed to use lethal force to protect it.

Indeed and the only reason why they're not using lethal force is because it is public property, not private property, so enforcement abides by public law which...permits the use of tear gas, rubber bullets, and batons to suppress unlawful assembly.

Destroy private property? Open season on assholes. This is exactly what happened during the Rodney King Riots. That's why the fed quickly mobilized to stop rioting blacks from giving Koreans probable cause to kill them.

We're still teetering on the brink of that happening again. Actually, I'm pretty sure it would have happened if it weren't for COVID-19 quarantine. Then again, quarantine is the most significant reason why any of riots happened.

You just plow ahead with the narrative whether you know what you're talking about or not:

Quote:
It is important to remember that deadly force can never be used simply to defend property against someone else’s interference with that property, even if that interference is unlawful and even if there is no other way to prevent that interference. See State v. Metcalfe, 212 N.W. 382 (Iowa 1927).

Forcing them to leave and DEADLY FORCE are two entirely different things, obviously...

I don't own a gun, and abhor violence. I would call 911...

So they refuse to leave after you told them to, do you feel threatened? What happens if you live 40 minutes away from law enforcement?

Silly hypothetical. Cops here are 5 mins away, tops. At any rate, this simply will never happen here in white upper-middle-class suburbia, where I am fortunate to abide, so it's not something I need to ever worry about.
