And I assure you, the guy knows you're there unless you follow precisely the strategy I've laid forth.
I know enough to understand what someone trained in close quarters combat means when they put the word rest in parenthesis. NOTE: we're not discussing a horizontal surface which is the last thing anyone with knowledge would do because you immediately curtail vertical aim against the potential of multiple targets.
As I said before, there's nowhere to "rest" in that room. You're going to miss, you're going to make it worse.
More bullets flying from John Q.
Sigh... Are we done here? I tire of your ignorance.

You seem to think that if this had happened in a country and western bar in Texas that the result would have been the same. Yes, I call bull shit.
And sigh, I am done. You are not ignorant I'm sure. You just believe so much that isn't so.

I said from the start that I had no idea how I would react. But, most of you seem to think that everybody in there was supposed to just be a victim totally at the mercy or lack thereof of the killer. I don't.
And, this delusion that somehow gun control is going to save us at this point is ridiculous. Maybe if there weren't already millions out there.

One of those fuckers landed 70 meters from me.
It sounded like it went off inside my head.
I hugged the floor like a sissy through the whole thing.
I found some stuff about it on the net.

Smart move, Col. Kong.
Funny thing is I found out later in life that I could've claimed a legacy berth at Colo Springs from my gramps, an Army Air Corp Dadaelian in WW1. He helped to opened Kelly Field in Texas. One of the first aerobatics instructors there in a Jenny biplane.

I'm all for a buy back program on mil spec assault rifles at scrap value. Make it a felony to own and voila, everybody turns them in. I don't give a sh!t in the NRA's hat if people have a piece in their home for 'protection'. See Heller.
What I strenuously object to every pissant yahoo going around strapped in public for no good reason other than they are scared of the boogeyman. Such people are a clear and present danger to my right to life, liberty and pursuit of happiness.

It would have been worse.

Even the NRA has come out against guns in bars after Trump made an idiot of himself (again) after Orlando saying patrons there should have had guns. In other words, even Trump is too crazy for the NRA. That's saying something.
Even the National Rifle Association was uncomfortable with the way Donald Trump was talking about guns last week. The organization has worked hard to protect the rights of all kinds of people to bear arms, even opposing an effort last year to ban people on the terrorist watch list from purchasing guns. But when Trump suggested that people in nightclubs should carry guns for protection, he crossed a line.
"I don’t think we should have firearms where people are drinking," Wayne LaPierre, the association's vice president, told CBS on "Face the Nation" Sunday.

How does this alter the NRA's position?
