Then why all the drama when she is in a Presidential campaign, or does she enjoy the additional challenge. I thought she is smarter than that unless she really does what Bill tells her to do when the chips are down.
Or is she consulting Snowden just in case and she has some real dirt saved up for future use?

Perhaps true, but Democrats always fearful of being portrayed as weak by the "Party of National Security" (the GOP). That probably had as much to do with the number of Democrats voting for the Iraq War as anything else did.
