They can try. The question is whether or not Obama will allow Lynch to actually do her job.

Either way. It looks like this one is rapidly approaching critical mass. If the FBI recommends indictment and she is not indicted it will still cause her campaign to spontaneously combust and I will have a permanent smile on my face for at least two years straight.

Pagliano better have some top notch protective custody or he'll end up like Vince Foster.

You guys forget that if they knock Hillary out then there is nothing stopping America's Dad, Joe Biden, from stepping in. You ever hear Joe address a crowd? Didn't think so, it will then be game over.

I also believe, unfortunately, that this most powerful Dem running is Hillary. That make me nauseous.

I have heard him speak, yep, he needs help. I don't think he could step in by any means, just for this reason.

I'm not understanding how mishandling information can be criminal unless she had criminal intent. Otherwise it was simply and accident or ignorance.
