The rightwing is getting truly desperate. They look at every poll and indicator and nothing's changed. They will all lose to Hillary Clinton.
The only way she loses is to another Democrat and that ain't happening. I hope the progressive leftwing has learned from the Ralph Nader debacle and sits down and shuts the fuck up this time around.

At the moment, there's no evidence of a quid pro quo (nor would I expect it considering the Clintons' intelligence and experience in extracting money from the political system). However, you needn't have a quid pro quo to run afoul of Federal conflict of interest laws, the verbiage of which I posted earlier.
All I know is that back in my days as a Contracting Officers and in my stints at the HQ of 3 Federal agencies, I would have been in very deep shit had I let my spouse profit from my position, particularly if it involved parties I had contractual or regulatory relationships with.

I'm still waiting for someone, anyone to show me how the Clinton's have personally profited from the Clinton foundation? So, far it's been crickets and old fake scandals.

The difference, as I see it, is that we have a former US President doing what former president's often do. They set up a non profit foundation to promote their vision of a better society and they fund it from donations from various sources. Fairly innocuous and non controversial stuff unless your last name is Clinton.
The Clinton's are held to a vastly different standard, going back to Newt Gingivitis and Larry 'Wide Stance' McCormick, particularly by the press as evidenced by the New York Times and Washington Post. These assholes have a vested interest in making this a horserace even though it's always looked like a blowout.

I am alleging nothing here Bob, but, it's been reported that Bill Clinton has made $100 Million in speaking fees since leaving office. Whether you like it or not, these engagements and correlations are bound to be scrutinized. And that could lead to opening up a can of worms to the Clinton's. This will certainly hurt, nay damage her party.
Hillary should walk into the sunset, enjoy the their wealth and avoid the political attacks she will be subjected to. BTW, Boehner is already asking for her server.

Y'know what, I'm getting more than a little tired of former and/or current Republican's offering the advice that Hillary shouldn't run because it might put her through some wringer or somehow damage the party.
Who is running under the GOP banner again?

LOL. I'm reaching? The Dem's leading contender is starting to look like damaged goods and the bench has a former governor no one has heard of and a Senator who had a dream that she was a native American. Hoo boy!

It's fear. Stark raving fear.
And Desperation.
The desperation of old white men that know they are doomed but still cling to their denial.
And it's going to get worse and worse as time goes by.
And after the election there will be great wailing and gnashing of teeth.

Still nothing to ding Hillary with? Poor you.
Nobody but nobody on the left gives a shit in Martin O'Malley's hat about Martin O'Malley.
