We don't need a statute as this is accepted common practice. Jeez I thought you righties were against excessive regulations.

Being of man there's a bunch of contradiction in the word of god.

"Then one of them, which was a lawyer, asked him a question, tempting him, and saying, Master, which is the great commandment in the law? Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind. This is the first and great commandment. And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets.
—Matthew 22:35-40
Note how neatly the first really covers the first four Commandments and the second covers the last six. Guess He did that for people with ADHD.

So, if you want to get a little dig in at Vladi, call him "Poteen". It's Irish moonshine.
The first time I had poutine was in Trois Rivieres. I was trying to order breakfast at the Quebecois equivalent of a hash joint. I asked for "dooze oofs freets" and that worked out fine but when I tried to order hash browns I got a little lost. (Okay, a lot lost.)
So, I got poutine.
Pretty sure that these guys knew what I was trying to order. Quebecois are pretty infamous for "not understanding" English but I couldn't really complain about the results.

We decided in the case of blacks that protecting innocent people from the offense of being denied service was the thing to do, even at the cost of offending bigots. The whole public accommodations things was supposed to be settled, but conservatives still don't like it. Bless 'em.

Not to digress, but look what those bastards have done to the Voting Rights Act!

Ah, the old "cherry - pick" text strategy.
How 'bout this: pick up any bible and read about Sodom and Gomorrah.

Maybe he'll offer himself as a test case.

Common practice, huh? Apparently you've not seen those signs, for example, that say "No shoes, no shirt, no service."

When it comes to reading fiction, I find "The Stand" by Stephen King to be more entertaining.

There were biblical "justifications" for slavery and just the plain old separation of the races, a.k.a. segregation.apartheid....... so, yes! You're damned right!
There are religious "justifications" for female genital mutilation too. There are all manner of religious excuses for some unimaginable "practices" or beliefs. They're all staunchly defended and they're all bullshit.
I'm still waiting for you to tell me how the public accommodation of LGBTQ people infringes your "free practice of religion".
