Having somewhat more than a simple iota of intelligence and during my working years and even since worked with and among people of all races I know that Zeke's views are flawed. Given the indignities the Fergie PD has inflicted upon the people there it is only miraculous that there has not been more rioting. Inflicting all those fines and fees on people struggling to make ends meet is in some ways worse than the cops who seized money from motorists.
