Furthermore, the fact that I think the grand jury in Ferguson generally got it right (i.e., that the evidence didn't support the "hands up, don't shoot" execution meme) doesn't render me a 'Bagger. It renders me one willing to let facts prevail over what allegiance to an ideology won't allow you to do.

Having not studied Zeke's "entitlement theory of crime," I having nothing to say about it (take a cue, TJ). The fact remains that every American feels entitled to something, from his mortgage interest deduction to insanely cheap gasoline to grazing his cattle on public land to somebody else's cigars. Some act this out in criminal fashion, some don't.

Our crazy English language had multiple meanings for lots of words. The word "entitlement" in criminal justice theory, fiscal policy, BLM grazing fees, racial politics, gun rights, or GOP propaganda all have their own nuanced meaning, depending on context. The fact that you're not smart enough to figure this out is your problem, not mine.
