President Obama is doing a decent job, evidence this success.

Chemical weapons are weapons of mass destruction - The Great War.

Saddam's possible possession of chemical weapons was sold under Chaney's 1% banner, and the nation was off to glory. This ploy ranked right up there with Reagan's TDE. You can fool most of the people most of the time.
