Saddam's possible possession of chemical weapons was sold under Chaney's 1% banner, and the nation was off to glory. This ploy ranked right up there with Reagan's TDE. You can fool most of the people most of the time.

Did they confiscate all the falafel? A wad of falafel that hits you on the head dropped from a bomber at 35,000/ft will kill you sure as Sarin gas.

Or chlorine barrel bombs. But I retract my statement, all specific use as weapons chemicals are taken care of and it is a good thing.
