How could she know what happened in the car? Her statement, itself, says "looked as if" with ZERO context. Sum? Not even close to supportive of your continued desperate attempts to make the criminal the victim.

"Initial contact" relates to a dumbass walking in the middle of the street and deciding to scrutinize.

Inspection due to said dumbassery leads to "this guy looks like a VERY recent robbery suspect and he has cigars in his hand!"

Because you don't assault people by trying to get away from them.

You are also going to have a hard time convincing me that this officer was in "fear for his life" when he was the one doing the chasing with his gun drawn and the "300 lbs Thug" was unarmed and running away from him.

According to the article I linked to the Chief of Police told reporters that the "robbery does not relate to the initial contact between the officer and Michael Brown."

Now, since what was robbed was cigars, there seems to be some kind of disconnect here.
