No it isn't.

You need to have some control over your emotions and practice a little discretion. You're the Goddamned adult and a law enforcement officer. If you allow a simple incident of an obstinate pedestrian blocking your car to escalate to where you end up shooting someone to death you have a serious psychological problem and are unfit to work in law enforcement.

Are you a cop yourself?

If so you need to get out and get yourself a job where you won't be a danger to society.
