He was being nice. He could have said a lot worse.

Boehner Encourages Obama To Take Executive Action, One Day After Voting To Sue Obama Over Executive Action

“This situation shows the intense concern within our conference – and among the American people – about the need to ensure the security of our borders and the president’s refusal to faithfully execute our laws,” the House Republican leadership press release stated. “There are numerous steps the president can and should be taking right now, without the need for congressional action, to secure our borders and ensure these children are returned swiftly and safely to their countries.”

So what happens to the lawsuit resolution? Boehner will look ridiculous if he continued with it after the recess especially after making the above statement. Wonder what the spin will be? Unless the intent is to force Obama to issue multiple EO's and then paint him as an out of control president. Fun and games folks.

That ship has long since sailed. Boehner has looked pretty ridiculous ever since the shutdown debacle.

It's as I suspected in my Post #45. These last minute house bills are to do nothing, force Obama into resolving the border issue through EO's and get him for constitutional excesses.

So here from: http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2014/0...n_5645905.html

From Rep. Steve King of Iowa. Appearing on "Fox News Sunday," King said that if Obama's expected executive actions to address the border crisis amount to a "constitutional crisis," then Congress will need to "have a serious look at the rest of this Constitution, and that includes that 'I' word we don't want to say."

Border Crisis leading to a Constitutional Crisis leading to Impeachment?
