The Republican controlled House can't even corral enough votes to pass a party line vote for a paltry sum to increase border security before they head off on their five week summer vacation.

Moreover, Cruz again crossed over to the House to whip up the 'Bagger faction there against this meager action. I bet Boehner is probably pretty near to calling in a hit on that 'Bagger Boss.

It's all the republican bid to prove that if they don't control the government, nobody will.
