Why?

We already give them over $3 billion a year.

The are about 6 million Jews in Israel.

So that's the equivalent of handing every Jewish man, woman and child in Israel five crisp hundred dollars bills every year.



That's two thousand bucks for a family of four.

And now we gotta give them more?

How long do the American taxpayers have to play Santa to people who don't even believe in Christmas?

Nope. Iron Dome is theater-based, whereas Star Wars is intended to function against ICBM's. Iron Dome is basically a refinement of the Patriot missile.

It's just a matter of scale.

Tom, we give money to a lot of folks. Why does Israel get so much? 7 years ago I'd say ask Bush. Now I'd say ask Obama.
