I think we're missing the forest for the trees. Said forest has changed mightily since last we've seen this. ISIS, Lybia, Egypt, Hamas, there are quite a few major players in the ME that view the world a lot differently as these things have developed.
I wonder how many ME countries are secretly supporting Israel. If you think about it the overall level of condemnation have been low.
Yes, someone's going to find some.

It's no secret that Saudi Arabia, Egypt and Jordan and a few other "moderate" Arab governments are supporting Israel because they are more frightened of Islamists than Israel.

Yet the Saudi's support and fund Al-Qaeda. Qatar is the main patron of Hamas. Who is whose side there anyway.

Senate just approved $225 million more for Israel's Iron Dome. House to vote on it later today. Why even bother? Wonder why they took this up just before the five week recess?
