It's like idiot parents telling somebody else they're in no position to have an opinion on parenting or child rearing because "...you've never been a parent." It's utter bullshit. Now please don't tell me how you have 15 children...OK?
I find this to be persistent dismissive one-up crap Finn. And I take exception to it. I will only become more agitated every time you pull this shit.

You're the one who was all so sure I'd never spent time in Texas. I lived 6 years in Texas and Louisiana.
I have also seen first hand the hopelessness and misery in the West Bank, something it's abundantly clear you haven't. I've been able to experience the humanity on both sides of the 30' concrete wall. What's sad about this conflict (and many others) is the dehumanization of each side's enemy.
Lastly, I have been fortunate to have traveled, worked and/or lived in all 50 states and over 60 countries. Such experiences tend to give those fortunate enough to have had them the ability to see the humanity (and inhumanity) that exists all over the world as well as recognize that most people generally want the same thing - to live with dignity, take care of their families, and get by. This generalization applies to most Israelis and Palestinians, even as they demonize and dehumanize the other.
