The old guy picked up the tab right there in advance. I had worked on the old mans truck before and he gave me 100.00 more than I asked him for. Said I worked to cheap and I told him thanks and to keep it if he needed it.. but he said no, it's yours kid. Turns out the old fella is just that way, don't see many like him. To look at his old clothing and 76 Dodge truck you wouldn't think he could afford to do that.
My guess is he worked union, got good wages, a good pension, and max social security for his cohort. So he gets to be flush at this point in his life. It was a good system.

Much admiration and I am not surprised.

Now that is karma, to know an alum was specifically seated where he could help. Makes me tear up.

I could not read it as the page loaded but the text was just a set of grey bars. So if you can do good then by all means do so. We just do not believe in making a public spectacle of what we do. Having left home at midnight on her eighteenth birthday I am quite certain my Florence is well aware of life's hardships. She always tells me to be sure to tip well.
