I'm a bit unclear on why it's necessary to pose such a one-sided (and irrelevant) question. That said, prostitution is legal in most of the social democracies of northern Europe and they are all, from an American POV, liberal. It's conservatives who talk like sex is icky, while cavorting behind the scenes like everyone else.
