You always insist on blaming the union, how about a bunch of politicians that do not have a damn clue about what it takes to be a teacher. Take away all those so calle 'experts' and let teachers do what they know how to do -teach. That stupid assessment system they put in place in DC caused them to fire a competent teacher and NoVa hired her so fast it made heads spin.

Having spent half of my life teaching and lecturing I do believe I have some knowledge of the subject. At least people voluntarily paid good money to listen to me.
