If an idea is stupid it does not matter in if the idea is presented in the King's English or not. I have seen many of Ohbummers ideas presented here in clear, lucid language. Which is much more scary to me anyway.

Actually, I have to agree with his "Califorskin" reference. Circumcision rates in CA are among the lowest in the Unites States.

However, I suspect this isn't over. The administration has suggested that if unions convert their multi-employer plans into "private exchanges", there may be a way leverage the exchange model to grant subsidies to members, though that may create some new tax consequences for the unions.

All I know about for sure is our insurance. Pretty much stayed the same. It been going up every year it seemed and didn't fail expectations once again.

Wish someone actually having to sign up for ACA would give a non-bias report.

Oh, my problem is not the quality of syntax, but the quality of argument. Attack and denigrate seems to be all he's got.

I read whell's comment as suggesting an upping of the game, content-wise.

While this is info for MI, it might be illustrative of actual costs of health care with subsidies through the exchange. Cost are approximate, but area based on actual data from insurance carriers participating in the exchange. It also allows you test different scenarios for coverage: plan type, income level, number of dependents. I think running the various scenarios gives a good sense of how the subsidies work, or don't work as the case may be.
