No, Discrediting politicians, yes even the saintly GOP, as unprincipled and shameless users of people they don't really care about, despite all of their bluster. You see, the real measure of how much anyone cares about the troops is how quick he is to call for war. A whole lot of rightwingers get wood when they see the promise of conflict on the horizon, don't they? Especially the ones who have never served.
