if you think about it that is the gun lobby in a nutshell...me first

I am glad I live in Cali....I do not see armed folks at Starbucks here thank goodness. I do not want it. Most of us here do not want that.

I have seen the violence decrease here since the 90s.....it is not perfect of course....but we are getting a good rep I think. Better than some other places. I like the strict gun laws here re ccw. Of course you can still purchase weapons and ammo.

I've posted the Canadian gun laws at least once on here if not more. They seem very reasonable to me.......

I think our culture is different too
maybe we are more violent in real life but less in media

Hell, I've spent far too many hours shooting down Nazis and Japanese planes in MS Combat Flight Simulator and it hasn't turned me into a bloodthirsty killer.

Mebbe if I got my hands on a real P38 or P51 I would snap but I doubt it though.
Could be.

Ugandans have a lower amount of heart attacks. Apropos how exactly?

Strange how violent crime went up as movies got more violent. Do they rip heads off or blast zombies to bits in civil war reenactments?

Get with the Tipper program

I'm thinking throughout the 70s as violent movies got more graphic.
