I think you missed the point.

I believe the statement was a snide comment concerning the innocence of young Trayvon, and in no way was directed at the fire control system of "Zippys" sidearm.

To tell the truth, I'm surprised that "Zippy" hasn't bee accused of 1st degree murder during a failed stickup whenever he attempted to steal the poor young lad's Skittles and soda pop.

IMHO, this was a local issue and should have been handled as such. But it has now been elevated to the national stage in a crass attempt for political and monetary gain, with no concerns as to what the actual fallout of inflaming people's passions may be.

We're not engaging in a discourse, but instead political bullshit...and nothing good can come of it.

And that, my friends, is my honest opinion. And I don't much care whether anyone likes it or not.

I say let the court decide, and get used to it.
