I think you have to be 1/4 native, however that's determined. A great majority mixed with the Russians long ago, but this dilution isn't accounted for.

I'm too old to remember stuff, not too young.

If I were a young man looking for a wife to make my babies, I would definitely check out the Athabascan girls. They're lovely, come with free health care, they're shareholders in lucrative corporations propped up by gov contract preference, and.... they have exclusive fishing rights to some of the best spots on the planet.
