When I was about seven and my red ryder jammed up and quit working I
found a small pipe and some M 40's firecrackers that would fit tight in the
back of the pipe. Roll a marble down the barrel, light the fuse and aim.
It would shoot through a piece of plywood. Took a few squirrels with it then
ran out of firecrackers. I think they got banned along with the M 80's
and cherry bombs.
