JBS, we've had processes in place for years to determine mental incompetence. As for felons, you must live in LaLa land if you think there hasn't been a felon who hasn't managed to find a gun.

You know if you have medical evidence of seizures, as in epilepsy, California can take your license away until you can provide evidence your convulsions are under control. Do not see why a person with a documented case of mental illness should be able to have a gun.

Pete I think you are ok...you have be DIAGNOSED as crazy by a doctor.
