I was a college student...that stuff was great for the price.
In 1984 they finally brought Coors to Ohio we thought it was just grand. LOL

I have some Milwaukee's Best in the fridge....I thrift store beer also. At grocery outlet I was buying some no name beer (great american game ...something like that ) for $3.99 a case.
Any case of beer for that is a score out here lol.

Yeah that was ok...what killed me in the 90s was some Cali stores trying to pass it off as a microbrew

We had a Lawson's in Vermilion....it had a certain sort of delicatessen smell (cold cut aroma) that if I smell it out here at a grocery it immediately reminds me of that store back on Liberty Ave (old route 6 and 2 before the interstate came).

I was around for the low beer 3.2 if you were a little younger you may have had to wait until 19 to buy the regular stuff.....now it is all 21 of course

Yeah, I'm chilling on a dirt road
Laid back swerving like I'm George Jones
Smoke rolling out the window
An ice cold beer sitting in the console

Memory lane up in the headlights
Has got me reminiscing on them good times
I'm turning off a real live drive and that's right
I'm hitting easy street on mud tires, let's ride

Jason Aldean -- Dirt Road Anthem

I obviously love that song.

I guess what really pisses me off is the amount of our budget that goes to interest. Think what that figure will look like when interest rates go back up.
